So I scored a spot living in Solana Beach with Jen Sabin. It's so dang fun. Jamie Neuenswander lives there too and we share a room and then another chick April lives there (my 3rd roommate named April. weird). Jen, Jamie, and I are all from the same stake growing up so it's cool cause we know a ton of the same people but none of us were really friends before so it's like making all new friends.
We all get along really well. Jamie shares my distain for cooking real food and Jen shares my love of dessert so needless to say, my eating habits haven't improved. Just all the more reason to visit Mom on my way home from work. :) I also only live about 10 mins away from my dad now.
The ward is cool and small and full of random connections with people from San Diego. All in all, it's a pretty sweet deal.
